ORDER PROCESSING
Every order is carefully picked, checked, and packed within 1-2 business days of purchase (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, orders arrive within 2-5 business days across the United States.

SHIPPING COST
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders — no minimum required.

ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

SHIPPING AREAS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We're working on expanding — stay tuned.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address info, but reach out and we'll do our best to help.

DELAYS
Weather, holidays, and carrier volume can occasionally cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if this happens.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 48 hours at support@fitdenimco.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
