RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – FitDenim Co
At FitDenim Co, we want you to love the way your jeans fit. If something's not right, we make returns simple.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Item unworn, unwashed, unaltered thakte hobe with original tags attached.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email support@fitdenimco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.
EXCHANGES
Wrong size? We'll gladly exchange for a different size or style within the 30-day window, subject to availability.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected (usually 2-3 business days), we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odor/stains, with tags still attached. Returns not meeting these conditions may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items without original tags
- Final sale / clearance-marked items
- Intimate apparel (if applicable)
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
Mistake amder hoile amra pura responsibility nei. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping needed.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If it's been more than 7 business days since your refund was approved, check your bank/card statement first, then contact us at support@fitdenimco.com.
